I inquired about that as well. I tweeted him about it. I believe in a later PR, he explained why he didn't post it... something to do with "the advice of his lawyers " .

He could very well have a good reason why he didn't post it.. I don't know.. but ultimately I guess it depends on how much confidence you have in what he says in his PRs.

Time will tell when the next financials are released but your points are definitely warranted and valid. Audited financials are what will make big investors take notice.

LOL... so there was a delay in getting it signed, that is common when it comes to hiring auditors.. and he missed twitter, then he went on a couple of trips over seas...had several meetings with new clients, interviewed and hired a few people got it signed and simply in the confusion of doing 20 other things forgot to put it on twitter...

I have not met anyone who is perfect and does not forget a few things while doing the job of 5 people before, so allow me to introduce myself to you...seems your that guy. You have nothing more then a missed tweet to go by that there is no audit being done. Give me a break.
