SO HE MUST GET IT PUBLISHED IN SOME FORM SO WE KNOW HE IS BEING TRUTHFUL.. and it can BE CHECKED ON BY a 3rd PARTS for its VALIDITY.. nothing else can be factually verified at this time that an AUDIT IS/WILL EVER TAKE PLACE..ONCI
