So it looks like the revenue is from a royalty/franchise fee, and the sale of the seeds for planting and the farmer supplies. Assuming the government sponsors 4 times in 2018(likely a lot more) the company would do $13MM in 2018. So the project now is financed and in revenue. Then we establish wholesale relationships to buy the raw material(powder), and revenue grows even more. We have about 800-900m on the bid at .0001 so .0002-.0003 looks like it. Buying a .0002 stock with $3.25MM in revenue looks like a no brainer.
