Where is there any documentation of any of this? A franchise fee for a business that has never generated any revenue? You are claiming to have information that isn’t available to the public. This is also completely different from anything QEDN has ever claimed it was doing before. I have never been able to verify anything you have said except that the transfer agent halted issuance of new shares, at least temporarily. And this was after you said the Judge would never entered the order he did and that any stop order would never be effective on the transfer agent in New Jersey
