I think it will depend on the settlement amount.

IMO, If it is under $20 million then they probably will not disclose.

If Entrust settled for over $20 million, and since they settled before the IPR denial, I can see them disclosing the numbers so the other companies can see SFOR means business and they will have to pay even more than Entrust (hopefully a lot more).

Just a thought.
