Sure, it will be fun to compare the costs.. Seth's Dad was going to take the case but I think after some meetings between everyone it was decided that right now in discovery to let it play oot. Paul Silverberg is an excellent attorney...
When TAUG's legal team is announced I think you'll see that the thinking is far more aligned with the thinking that this case is a textbook punitive damage case. I had always conjectured that if the case were transferred to New Jersey it would be beneficial to switch attorneys of record and get this to a contingency fee structure.
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO ALL THOSE GLOWING POSTS ABOUT THIS CASE BEING THE POSTER CHILD FOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES???? ONLY TO HAVE BSETH SETTLE FOR 1/2 OF THE ALLEGED "DAMAGES"????
Why would you say that attorneys have and still do salivate at this case. Why would you state that no lawyers would take this on contigincy.
It will be fun the compare the cost to the SHAREHOLDERS when the verdict finally comes in... So it's CLAIMED that BSethie had the ability to go with a contingency... yet decided to "pay as you go" instead? While issuing death spiral notes to do it?
I? was never a huge Silverberg supporter and always wanted new attorneys if the case was moved to NJ.
It would most interesting to see even a one single post where the PAID CONSULTANT even comes close to a suggestion of switching attorneys because Paul Silverberg's firm was mishandling the case! Of course the requested sample post should be dated prior to the engagement of Nixon, Peabody.
AGAIN...JUST ONE SINGLE POST EXPRESSING CONCERN REGARDING SILVERBERG'S PERFORMANCE! HERE'S A WILD GUESS! LOL, IT WON'T HAPPEN!
BTW...the paid consultant might want to consider ceasing the defamation of attorney Paul Silverberg! It could get "expensive"! Just sayin'....
