Because of the litigation Seth had to pass on other opportunities that if I! revealed some of the seed investors in those companies nobody would believe it.

Because of 2 1/2 years of jacking around chasing the Cowan lottery ticket, which appears to have resulted in an approximate NET ZERO RETURN for the shareholders, it is entirely possible TAUG did in fact miss out on a "real" business opportunity or two! This "missed opportunity cost", which, based upon the 2 1/2 years of substantial shareholder dilution, brutally impacted the shareholder value!

Seth Shaw could have settled with Cowan early on, but instead, once again, Shaw chose to chase another ILL-DEFINED (MORE FAULTY DD!) "pot o' gold" and, like always, the "pot o' of gold" never came to fruition for the shareholders!
