Medical Marijuana Inc was originally incorporated in Oregon in 2005
as Berkshire Collection, Inc.

The Company changed its name on two separate occasions prior to
changing its name to Medical Marijuana, Inc.

legalized our hemp oil for the treatment of various illnesses.

The Company's services include development of cannabinoid based
health and wellness products, and the development of medical grade compounds.

Its services include the licensing of its proprietary testing,
genetics, labeling, and packaging, tracking, production and standardization methods for the medicinal cannabinoid industry.
