Limit Ronin to 3 seats max. It is the only logical approach to protection shareholders.

So that gives the existing BOD a majority and thus they could simply appoint the 3 wise men back to the BOD. So 10 on the BOD for a few months, then nominate the current 7 for next ASM, which they could hold in early Spring.

Might as well just vote the White card straight up.
