ex, not correct. If RONIN has 3 seats then the existing BoD (ES,CJ and DP) are gone.
The new candidates as well as the RONIN candidates are NOT related with the OLD BoD. The new PPHM candidates have been selected by an external company and there was NO contact between the OLD BoD and the candidates presented for approval.
There was a SEC listing with an official statement that the BoD wasn't in any way related to to new BoD members upto AFTER they approved them.
I CAN understand that in the counter measures against splitting the BoD in King + 3 NEW PPHM + 3 RONIN by voting the PPHM WHITE CARD but not checking DP, ES and CJ one now tries to make us believe that those 3 control the new candidates because they signed the proposition to add them to the BoD and trying to make us forget that before placing there signatures they never met those people, only the specialised recruiting company did.
But it is and remains incorrect. Either we accept that such SEC listings are LIES and in that case we must accept it as well for RONIN as for PPHM and then they BOTH new the candidates up-front (and must risk that someone will prove that) or we accept for BOTH that the SEC listings are honest.
But if the SEC listings are incorrect for PPHM then they are for RONIN and then RONIN did ANOTHER LIE because they wrote THEMSELVES (besides the typical SEC statements on the subject of no prior contact) in their brochure that they do NOT want to control the BoD and if the SEC listings are false for BOTH then RONI N is actually after full control.
And therefore you see that we CANNOT give full control to RONIN, but we must BREAK the inner majority inside the OLD BoD by removing DP, ES and CJ and then we have a 6 on 7 new BoD and do not have to worry about possible legs that ES, DP, CJ and RONIN could pull us.
