This is not exactly the case. The only agreement of late is the DK BOD deciding to proceed with the big swallow of ALDW assets. The agreement in place dates back to the official declaration of DK's new ownership of all things spelled ALON ENERGY USA occurring in July of this year. It included all units of ALDW including those retained by the retail side.
