I'm thinking the vendors of the Online Gaming Website wont ink until they see BTC at a certain threshold (Maybe $10,000?)
They told Mr Bill that the website was making them $3 million a year, so they might've stipulated that their Pref shares be worth a certain multiple of that.
If I recall, the Auth was increased in July by 800 million.
