They balance long and short on the stock and if someone goes long they over supply the demand until the interest to buy is gone and people sell out of fear or boredom... They are not interested in extended runs but more interested in controlling the chart to set traps. This one is probably dead though based on Bill's absence... I have a few million shares I've bought over the past 4 months...
