Crickets... guess we'll see what transpires with the court, it can't be good for Mr.Bill.
He's already failed in the court of public opinion.
GRDO is going into the hands of IVS, I really don't see it going any other way at this point. Unless we see turbo activity in the placement of filings, money talks and BS walks.

Grdo: Attorneys for both sides confirmed the settlement. The court set a status check in 30days on the settlement documents.

To sum it up, IVS states no R/S and no new notes on any of their acquired tickers. So, bringing current as to respect to filings and a R/M into a new company with no reverse split and no toxic convertible debentures IE: Death Notes.
What's not to like here?
Anyone thinks this is not heading toward .01 area once IVS takes control will be surprised.
