Ya but read carefully
Tigrent is still an operational buuisness and theres no doubt market cap is wayyy underbalued

Tigrent has been the majority shareholder of Legacy since November 2014 and currently owns approximately 73% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Legacy. The Legacy Stock Distribution will not affect the stock ownership in Tigrent and Tigrent shareholders will continue to be shareholders of Tigrent. Tigrent anticipates that the Distribution will be completed around November 11, 2016. The Distribution will be administered by Legacy's transfer agent, VStock Transfer, LLC, who will issue shares of Legacy stock to Company shareholders of record who are entitled to participate in the Distribution

As you see, before buying TIGE, Legacy was at 7.75M O/S and 5M Float.

Legacy is now at 23M O/S and 12M float.

As you see, before buying TIGE, Legacy was at 7.75M O/S and 5M Float.

Legacy is now at 23M O/S and 12M float. If Tige sold out, then there 21M in the float or at least 16M but there is only 12M as of Oct 10 2017 and that PR was 1 year ago. Legacy Float had not change much. The O/S of 23M look correct but the float only changed by 7M.

All of Legacy filing include Tige as part of the group

Those shares weren't of TIGE, they were of LEAI, so that should not be the reason the price dropped. TIGE OS hasn't changed at all and they are still very well a part of LEAI. Not to mention I don't believe LEAI has even traded 16M shares since that PR where they finished distribution so there are still a lot of people holding. Including TIGE management...so this is still a very valid and good settlement for TIGE shareholders.
