It just look to me that Tige could freely trade Legacy shares after their agreement of a Hold on the 16M shares. # show no 16M went into the float. All I see is O/S increased to the accurate # but float only increased 7M since the deal. Already been 1 year since that PR and that PR suggested like 16M already sold into float. Looking like TIGE management just become Legacy shareholders
