North.. I don't believe it matters if you are persuaded to vote for SK because as shareholders we are limited:

If you vote for SK, you are voting against RONIN because you would be turning in the White Proxy. Every White Proxy turned in, takes away that many votes for RONIN.

If you vote against SK, you would be voting against RONIN because you would be turning in the White Proxy. Every White Proxy turned in, takes away that many votes for RONIN.

If you truly want change and want SK, then Vote the Colored Proxy for RONIN and hope SK gets more votes than the current BOD Members.

So now the new Date is November 13, 2017? What happened to October 25, 2017? What new CARROT Date will you come up with after November 13, 2017 has passed and gone?

N40k, you seem like a thoughtful person and if we meet at ASM I would like to buy you a drink. Please answer one question for me. For many months now Ronin has consistently communicated with shareholders and employees information about the company, strategy, and leadership. This information is incredibly damning to the current team. You claim it is lies. Considering we are at the most important time in the company's history and the current BOD, along with King, could be kicked out, why is we have not received ANY communication from the BOD refuting what you call lies? Wouldn't that be important information for shareholders to know? Perhaps the information from Ronin is true.

Ok, so that was two questions. I'll buy you two drinks if you're so inclined.
