You have a short memory, or do not read everything you should before asking a question or 2.

I have consistently posted, like others, that 3 of 4-member “team” will not receive our votes, if and when it becomes necessary to vote with final proxies at ASM. No proxies yet. No date set for ASM. We will attend that ASM in person to vote, if and when it is held. Minds could change while we wait.
