Furthermore I try to understand the big picture in this case, not being familiar with the details, nor even being interested in them.My main interest is this excellent product.
The way I understand it share count has been increasing over the years through dilution while the funds entering BIEL corresponded with much less than the market value. Value in terms of money has been generated through IBEX, but not to the benefit of BIEL nor it's shareholders.
In other words lending the money to BIEL has been highly profitable at low risk..."owning" the company and controlling the risk...
Meanwhile there hardly seem to be funds available at BIEL to do a decent and crucial back clinical trial, not to speak of promotion after this partial clearance.
