People on this board , including me, have been guessing for a long time when news might come based on things we were seeing such as filings, but it is very recently the CEO himself came out and stated there will be news in late October, so if you are referring to this board as "they" then your statement is correct but if you are speaking of our new CEO/company well then your statement is incorrect.
