Raf ..well perhaps its just me .

Since I was in Kaiser's ER in mid 2016 with chest pains ...followed by an Echo Stress test ( that I failed ) followed by a Cardiac Cath ( not enough plaque buildup to justify stents ) ...I've found them very pro active re my care .

Emails re diet ( Salmon twice a week and very little red meat ) and exercise ( an hr of walking 5 days a wk ) . Reminders for a free Flu shot .
Text's if I haven't renewed my Statin script .....they track when I should run out provided I take it every day .
Yearly wellness chk ...meet with MD discuss everything , run lipid panels etc .

They seem pretty determined to keep me out of the ER....and support the idea of at least 3 gms of Omegia Via EPA 500 a day ...until R-IT results come in.
