Mr. McCloud, in all fairness to EW (who I think is one of the better posters on this board), he has ever right to post here, after all this is a DISCUSSION FORUM. You should not be suggesting for him to post or not post or state certain types of opinions. I mean there would be no reason to post negative info if NVEI didnt screw up so often, so they are the ones to really blame (if anyone).

Well Ernie, it's not my intention at all to make this board unreadable for you. I suppose you're right about my anger showing through in my posts. I suspect the reason for that is because I truly feel that I've been swindled out of some money with past deceptions. I think the only difference between you and me is that I have realized it a bit earlier. Also, you may be a tad bit older and have had a little more time to learn how to be diplomatic once you realize you've been had.

Don't get me wrong. I don't think Ray or anyone else blatantly lied. I just think he has been WAY too optomistic in the past and has failed us when it comes to telling us what's REALLY going on behind the scenes. I call it deception. The main reason for me posting these things regularly is because of the other posts/responses I read. What about some peoples continual "trust the company" posts?

McCloud, First self-exprssion is a legitimate and important aim of discourse. I would suggest your post was written more toward that purpose than the purpose of trying to get anyone to invest in this stock. Second, proof as in clean cut laboratory proof, is not often possible. But evidence is. I would suggest that the box we were told was a prototype last July was a deception, at best a play on words concerning the meaning of "prototype." I would suggest that two mergers that were announced since I've been here were never seriously considered. But here we have a choice. Either the company was deceptive or they were just plain sloppy in their business dealings. I have already suggested that telling us New Wheel technology needed some refinement, when it was actually being junked, was a deception. Either that or when Rich told me last year that virtually none of New Wheel technology was being used, he was being less than forthcoming.

The question is, does the tech work in its current form as we have been led to believe, or are they still having to develop it. Is money the only thing keeping us from producing a product? At this point, I would find a little candor from the company refreshing even if it were bad news.

I remember when my mother was waiting for the lab results that would tell her she had cancer. She was anxious, moody, whatever you can think of. The results came in, and she had cancer. The funny thing is she was more relaxed after that. The cancer eventually killed her, but she knowing she was dying of cancer was less stressful than not knowing.

Again, absolute proof. Probably not. Indications based on past performance which can be presented as evidence. Probably. The point is, I'm still hoping for the good news. I am suggesting it might be bad, not because I want to bring the stock down, but because for some reason I believe in openly exploring the truth of a thing. If the company thinks I am wrong in my exploration, all they have to do is show me. I would welcome their doing so. As a part owner, I believe I am entitled.

Ernie, EW addressed that when he said he cares more about people than money. If you were aware of some negatives concerning the company, would you hide those facts so that people would continue buying shares and increase your portfolio, or would you rather warn potential investors.

Now, the question is, do you think that there are negatives with NVEI. Why should they not be screamed from the mountain top? I post negative thoughts. I do not wish for the stock to go down. I do not lie or misrepresent myself. Is this a paradox?

Do you only post info to influence people, or do you just post your thoughts sometime without having an agenda? I don't have an agenda. I have met EW. He does not have an agenda either. He is, like me, a very frustrated shareholder trying to find the truth, and if in the process of posting "negativity", we scare off new investors, then they can thank us later. :)
