Have NVEI shareholders been deceived and to what extent? That is likely in the back of many shareholder's mind as the SH meeting approaches.
NVEI has another chance to establish some credibility today. Will they? In past meetings, many shareholders have come away "pumped up", only to have their hopes dashed by lack of expected performance by the company. Personally, I have felt like I've been in the "Twilight Zone" as an investor in NVEI.
They have another chance to redeem themselves today. It better be something direct and with substantial evidence that they are making progress. Evidence that they are TRULY in a position to bring a tech product to market and increase shareholder value.
Many shareholders will be much more alert than in the past. If NVEI "fumbles the ball" today, I feel "the sheep will become wolves". Or maybe, many shareholders will just "bail", sending the share price into a "nosedive".

That is one post I have no disagreement with. I have often said that Ray is too optimistic, but I have always felt it was his honest emotion.

Elder I agree with your thoughts on NVEI and it's management. While disappointed, I will hold long enough for the movie to run out of gas and unless concrete evidence is provided about the tech, I will sell my shares real soon. Having met you personally, I am confident that you would put a person's best interest ahead of any personal financial gain.
