Bruce Bromage was elected by our board of directors to serve as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations in November 2012 after serving as a Strategic Marketing and Operations consultant with our Company since June 2012.
It always bugs me when a top executive cannot read his own PR prior to release to public for accuracy. I was at the ASHM June 26, 2012 when he was invited to join the company as a consultant.
PR Release Today:
Dr. Bromage previously served as Liquidmetal’s Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations. Since 2011, he has actively managed Liquidmetal operations and successfully transitioned the company’s focus from intellectual property development to volume manufacturing.
Now, there has been so much criticism by many on this board of Paul Hauck. I have been an ardent defender. I won't list the names of Hauck's critics or even single out the loudest critic.
But how can those who are jumping up and down for Bromage's appointment today be equally shouting down Paul Hauck who was brought in by Bromage.
It simply does not make sense.
In the final analysis, as COO of LQMT, if there are not some immediate changes to the revenues and profitability, then it falls on Bruce Bromage and not Lugee Li.
I also agree with Spartan, that anyone can do a job with other peoples money, but it is a little difficult to be so stellar when you have to rely only on your own resources.
All we know for sure is, that before Lugee Li, the Company management at the top levels, was responsible for a lot of VERY EXPENSIVE OUTLAYS of Investors Capital.
