Short answer - Check out the difference between a "registered" patent and a "granted" patent.
HINT: the process between the two steps takes months or sometimes years.

Incredible that you still didn’t understand the patent approval goes through several applications / rejection and modification with claims. I mean is normal, this is open discussion and finally they will have approval
