This nonsense is too funny - the facts are that OWCP doesn't own any patents - meaning they weren't granted - they were all rejected.
The term for the USPTO is that the company has filed a non-provisional patent application - not registered.
OWCP says they have filed for provisional patent which is a USPTO term - essentially it is meaningless - it is a placeholder for 12 months but no Prior Art etc has been submitted.
Once again you are believing all of the OWCP nonsense - where us your proof that OWCP has filed non-provisional patent applications with the USPTO.
