I agree with all but the insider trading part.

Kay telling a single person about Mcafee is not insider trading.

And you should know why but for anyone watching that is new (within the last week or so):

SFOR owns Keystroke encryption patents and OOBA patents.

SFOR Lisenced these patents to Cyber Safety Inc who started Advanced Cyber Security inc. (ACS) to just sell SFOR products. Cyber Safety inc. has the right to purchase the Keystroke Encryption patents from SFOR not the OOBA.

ACS has displayed Mcafee/Intel as partners on their website anoung other partners for about a 9-12 months.

Last week Mcafee started to promote All of ACS's products that are under license through SFOR, longs found this on Mcafee site last week.

SO, now what part of Kay talking about the products being advertised by Mcafee is not public?
