Yes of course! The point was....SFT may not need to go after other companies that are using SFT's IP, IF those companies are using/paying for a security platform from a company (i.e. C/D/T/E/G/V/S, etc.) that's paying SFT to license their IP! ;-)
It will have to be. SFOR has never kept the staffing to be a standalone vendor.
They have always wanted to sell their product to established companies and play them against each other for a buyout of the patents. Remember their age and stated goals.
Honestly once the patents are proven legit through the courts and the first domino falls, I expect a bidding war for the patents. The winning company can absolutely obliterate infringing competition and literraly corner the market.
