IMO MK's approach with these 7 companies that provide Cyber Security platforms for the Cyber Ecosystem was to have past, present and reoccurring licenses/Royalties as part of the settlements.
Therefore any companies that utilize their security platforms would not be infringing. They pay to use the security platform that pays (soon) $SFOR.
