That's a response from Sept 18th , but after IPR denial filed with DCNJ two days back, I don't see CDT will go for anyway. So, they are left with either x or 3x.

The response was due, so it's a SOP.

Does the company have money to pay their lawyers? They had revenue of $58,000 for the quarter and loss of $475,000. The volume today was more than their annual revenue.
