Yes, this is certainly undeniable confirmation of production of ZJMY vehicles in a US legal document.

There is no denying it, but we all know there will still be some saying things like it never happened or it's a scam without providing any proof... LOL

I like the way Fidler cited 8 examples of Case Law.
Looks like he has his act together.

No, there are only two sentences pertaining to the business:

The basis for the Company’s business are Chinese patents, developed in and patented in China. The marketing is conducted from China where corporate purchasers are being sought the Company’s batteries and/or small fully electric powered automobiles.

The basis of the business is Chinese patents. Full stop.

The company is "seeking" purchasers. They don't have any yet.

In fact they admit there's not much to the company.

as a small subsidiary of a large corporation

How can you claim corporate purchasers or actual production? The letter says neither and the alleged battery technology has already been shown to be nothing but puffery (at the best).

This is true and undeniable. Here is that paragraph. GO DOLV!!!

Attached as Exhibit A to this letter memorandum is the OCTMarkets filing for Dolat
noting that Mr. Wang Dequn controls the corporation, has its principal place of business in
China. Further pleading could state a more conclusive basis for this and it should be noted that
the apartment where Mr. Oravec, the company’s investor relations contact is located and who
serves as an English language contact for preparation for the Company’s financial statements
which must then be translated in Chinese. The basis for the Company’s business are Chinese
patents, developed in and patented in China. The marketing is conducted from China where
corporate purchasers are being sought the Company’s batteries and/or small fully electric
 powered automobiles
. None of the research, production or marketing is located in the United
States.
