noting that Mr. Wang Dequn controls the corporation, has its principal place of business in
China. Further pleading could state a more conclusive basis for this and it should be noted that
the apartment where Mr. Oravec, the company’s investor relations contact is located and who
serves as an English language contact for preparation for the Company’s financial statements
which must then be translated in Chinese. The basis for the Company’s business are Chinese
 patents, developed in and patented in China. The marketing is conducted from China where
corporate purchasers are being sought the Company’s batteries and/or small fully electric
 powered automobiles. None of the research, production or marketing is located in the United
States.
