Most people are frightened away from SEC filings, assuming they won't have the tools in hand with which to determine where pluses and minuses lie. It can help them when we delineate things we see with a more experienced eye.

I don t see how Delek selling off some of it`s units raises the price of ALDW units. I think that would increase the float and drive down the price. Float is something like 11 600 000 units roughly. They may want to buy out the remaining 19,4 % outstanding but that takes money away from them upfront.
