They should have had a deal done prior to phase II of bavi. They didn't because they owned little or no stock and the increase in share price would not have benefitted them. They would have had to give up some BOD seats and likely their million dollar paychecks. Was never going to happen. Pieces of garbage. Couldn't be more obvious.
