If PPHM had run this like they should have, a deal would have been made and EXECUTED years ago, they would have salvaged their reputations, but instead, they squandered opportunities, made fake deals immediately proved false (Dios) and became the laughingstock of Wall Street and BP. For that, they were handsomely paid.
