Really? That's just saying that FnF was paying for many different parts of the government, like Obamacare, slush fund for pro-obama groups, and anything else he didn't think Congress would approve.
That's what we knew all along.

Facts no longer matter on many issues

There is 25% or more of this board who believe that the F and F dollars were marked in pink ink and then they were removed from the big pile in the basement of the Treasury and hand carried over to pay for the entire ACA

That left the 800B (over 10 years) in ACA related taxes available to the rest of the economy I guess .... since F and F paid all of the cost of the ACA

Now that people can see he said the money went to other parts of the government - not just Obamacare - we can put this urban legend of the F&F / Obamacare tie-in to rest once and for all!

If Fannie/Freddie profits funded Obamacare, along with other things...they still helped fund Obamacare. There is still a "tie-in".

Do Fannie & Freddie write a check directly to the ACA? No. Most definitely not.

Do Fannie & Freddie profits go into a Treasury fund that is then used to pay for the ACA? Yes. This is fact.
