e.g. see the comments that say when the ACA is closed the NWS ends as if 100% of the NWS money went to the ACA and the ACA was 100% funded by F and F

If you think that is ridiculous - but the truth is F and F money that should have gone to us or reserves paid for a ton of stuff not related to us (or only us) -- then you are right but you are not understanding the 1000000s of post that believe the ACA is funded entirely with F and F money --- or ALL of the NWS goes only to the ACA

Are you implying that somehow the F&F money went to Obamacare in a higher percentage than say your personal income tax payments? If so I'd love to see the evidence. Otherwise - no news.
