There's the agenda I was referring to. Flush the flippers and weak hands out now, prior to the run to a dollar and the dollar run will bo much more smoothly. With audited financials come an entirely different class of investor, and I mean investor and not short-term trader. At this level there are practically zero true investors.

kook, Agreed with all of that. But, to me, it's about consistency... if you're going to PR a delay about one thing, then you'd better stick with that strategy (especially when the issue is a much bigger one such as an audit). Consistency. State a deadline... update shareholders... miss the deadline. In THAT order. Not in the order: State a dealine... miss deadline... update shareholders.

It's all very simple communication protocol. Consistency. Perception Management. Very basic.

This is SO TRUE and it IS in the best interest on the long term shareholders to get rid of these short term players.

Great post. This week will by no means be an easy one. I don't like the fact that the AF's will be later than stated, but it's not the first stock I've had that this happened in. As long as they do come out, in the relatively near future, and this is addressed accordingly, I see no reason to panic. It won't be fun watching this drop, but I'm hoping it doesn't get to extreme.

you gotta be kidding that you think when this sells off if there is a delay in finacials that weak hands go into strong hands. The management team could care less who owns the stock. If they execute their plan which they seem to be fumbling around for now, the stock will take care of itself. If there is another delay sub .10.
