Stock trading on the OTC Link does not make for a "public company". Promoters sell bull shit. Technically, there are "public companies" that do not trade. Secondly, as far as I am concerned, the second you cash your first check from the sale of securities, you have liability.
This "going public" by stock promoters is pure bull shit, and it makes me cringe.
Which company is public:
1) An OTC Link traded issuer with 30 shareholders; or,
2) An SEC registrant that has no securities traded in any market with 5,000 shareholders.
I hate pumper and dumpers.
