If they have thought about what an RS would look like in terms of share structure I can pretty much guarantee it will happen at some point. Been through a RS before and man did I get effed over.
I would list a Reverse Split as another concern I would have before reinvesting here. This thing just keeps getting nastier. "Lambs being lead to slaughter"
That undisclosed lawsuit will have the SEC halting this .....
