clawman, I do believe that while they could be very beneficial to WMIH, the NOLs are nothing but a Red Herring from the get go and continues to be until clarified with WMIH forth-coming 8K at some point very soon in my view.
Just like many discussed growing WMIH "organically" which was nothing but nonsense and was posited here for years, then this was slammed by the true believers and the true believers were scorned. This versus what really is coming back that has been protected from the legal bankruptcy case.
