And, as I posted, it is my view that WMIH will benefit little, if at all, from the final resolution of the FDIC receivership or the Chapter 11 case.

Edited to add: the future of WMIH depends on its ability to complete an acquisition, not on what, if anything, it will receive upon the resolution of the FDIC receivership or the Chapter 11 case.

WMILT is the legal successor to WMI. WMIH is not.
