On September 22, 2017 the Company issued 39,800,000 shares of Company common stock to satisfy the conversion of $9,910.20 of a convertible note payable with GHS Investments, LLC.


8K as of Monday September 25, 2017 after the above described issuances OS is 838,879,628.
