Forward looking statements only need to have a small percentage of truth. The Safe Harbor protests both honest and dishonest companies and statements made by their prospective CEO's. Most penny stock companies take advantage of the Safe Harbor since there only has to be some figment of truth.

I don't believe the ANDA will ever receive approval from the FDA.
