I did not realize PR had as many citizens as CT. And yes they are citizens just like the people in the USVIs.

We went to St Thomas 21 years ago for our honeymoon and had a blast with US citizens for 7 days. We had planned on going back at the end of Oct. Nix on that. As soon as they are open for business we're going back.
