It's two parties not one. MSFT could be one of the two, but IMHO I don't think so. When I first invested beginning of 2016 my thoughts at the time were MSFT for buyout. After more assessment of $SFOR's "IP" I realized that no longer made sense to me because this is gong to be much much bigger when considering all the ways OOB/MFA will need to be used! And we now know the standard orgs have been updating their requirements to use OOB/MFA and $SFOR IP has major key capabilities utilizing OOB/MFA - IMHO! ;-)

Then when considering the following:
1. Early ACS video it was stated a Large DARPA contractor said make sure $SFOR's IP works with TPM 1.8 or higher. Which we know does and see #2.

2. $SFOR/ACS partnership with McAfee and $SFOR IP ePO compliant.

3. McAfee ePO integrates with INTEL hardware.

4. INTEL spins-off McAfee on it's own with TPG 51% and INTEL 49% owners.

5. McAfee spun-off to improve the McAfee security platform. $SFOR IP (KE and OOB/MFA) integration will be a HUGE improvement! ;-)

IMHO: After the above assessment, my thoughts are on the Big Trio with the "two" owners being the "two" parties funding the Litigation Agreement. Also keep in mind only "1" of the Trio are PUBCO! ;-)
