Agreed, sounding suspiciously hopeless. I remember way back, we thought JPM had money to give us. Then it was FDIC, then FDIC-R. Now none of those do and somehow the billions have just been sitting in our own vault somewhere. This last one seems ridiculous. Someone would have known about this magic vault. I admit that i dont know how any of this works, but I also easily admit the story keeps changing.
