i'd support that before i'd go along with the OTC status quo, but it's a shame there isn't a more regulated market for small companies to go public.
whatever happened to the SEC's crowd funding rules? that was supposed to be a big game changer, but they put limits in place for dollar amount of investment based on net worth, and it's totally backwards - those limits would make better sense in the current market where so much toxic debt kills speculators.
