If a company needs toxic financing, that is a good sign it is a company not worth investing in.

I was getting the impression over on the OMVS board that somehow I was one of those people helping toxic funders. Is that why you are here?
Pretty much happens whenever I show up on a board pointing out the toxic debt or some other shady activity.
There is no way to convince people that i am not short a stock or a paid basher,
I strictly do research as an addictive hobby like pretty much everyone here.
Have never traded short or long on any of these OTC stocks.
I routinely report my findings to appropriate authorities.
Some get attention and some not.
There are too few of us here to take on all the corruption that goes on.
So if we can knock out a few here and there that's the best we can do.

The pm threats can be tiresome but if anything they make me dig in further and stand my ground. A fatal mistake made by those harassing and threatening me.
