That's a very nice story thanks but the way they go about it doesn't make any sense and the list they have is for stocks already suspended.

If you look at something like ticker WLSI (an example) that hasn't filed since 2010 and it's "SEC Delinquent" yet they haven't suspended it but they suspend stocks that haven't filed since 2015.
